Hi Joanne,

I enjoyed looking through your gallery of cross stitch works. The Celtic Summer conversion turned out lovely. Just wanted to say hello and thanks for sharing your pics. (The teddies on your web page are cute, by the way).

Hello Joanne

My name is Susana and I'm from Portugal, although I have lived for 9 years in canada.

I just loved your works.. they are so perfectly made!!

I enjoyed the Chinese beauty...

I also do cross stitch.. and like you I am addicted!! Please take a look at my blog: www.pontosquedou.blogspot.com

You won't probably understand a thing that its written because it's portugueses, but you can at least look at my works! :)

best regards,
Susana

Hi Joanne

I’ve just been looking around your website. You have stitched some beautiful pieces and have some great projects on the go.

I see you are a fan of aida. I have struggled for a while now trying to get used to working on linen’s and other evenweaves to keep up with the other stitching bloggers but it just isn’t working for me. I’m going back to being an aida user. I think we are a dying breed.

I have got the Diana Gabledon book, Cross Stitch, but as yet I haven’t read it. Have you read any of Barbara Erskine’s book? Her first, Lady of Hey, is fantastic. I am currently reading her new one, Daughters of Fire, and am really enjoying it.

I was a little worried when I saw that you hadn’t updated your blog for over a month, but I see you have updated your web pages recently with your current WIP’s.

I’ll stop gabbing now. After all, this is a guest book not a chat board lol. Love your site!

Best regards

Karen

Hello there Joanne,

WOW! Your work is wonderful. I have never done anything like that... and I think I never will. I have some "big" designs, but I don't even know when I'll get to start them.

Stitching wishes,
